Gaddy became my manager back in 2013. I reported to her for about 3 years. In that time she made it a point to pour into our team and continuously motivate us. Although we both left the company, I gained a lifelong friend whom I can reach out to for guidance, encouragement, or to vent. My son is three and has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Throughout the testing process, she made herself available, encouraged me, and assured me that he would be okay. I am truly blessed to have Gaddy in my life. With all that goes on in our world, she can always find the positive in any situation. She pours into the people she loves no matter how far. Thank you Gaddy for always being you.

When I got strep throat in late Oct 2020 and my throat swelled nearly shut, imaging of my neck revealed a terrifyingly large tumor on my brain stem. I had weeks left to live, and was immediately scheduled for a two-day surgery in mid-November. We prayed. I woke up paralyzed, and was told that I’d probably never walk again. I was also told that the tumor was too dangerous to operate on, and that further surgeries wouldn’t be possible. Second and third opinions agreed that the tumor was inoperable. We prayed. I unparalyzed myself within months, and was out off my wheelchair by June, but still struggled quite a bit with my recovery. I fought to rehabilitate myself, I fought to breathe normally and to keep my heart rate down, and I fought through some of the most excruciating, debilitating pain. We prayed. In June of 2021, I ended up in the Cardiac ICU because of the trouble that I had breathing. There, a specially trained neurosurgeon found me, and he wanted to operate. We prayed. A grand total of about 70 hours of surgery later, and the inoperable, terminal tumor in my brain stem is almost entirely gone. I have an entire future ahead of me. One full of opportunity and hope. Through it all, Gaddy continued to hold and lift me, my family, and my support system in some of the most powerful prayer that any of us have ever participated in, and we continued to see miracle after miracle. Gaddy always says, “I believe that prayer changes things,” and I feel confident saying that I do, too.

As someone that’s been estranged from church, Gaddy was a beautiful reminder of how powerful prayer is. The conviction and anointing in her words brought back the best memories of a not so great time bringing the practice back into my life. There is so much power and light in her tongue and it’s a blessing to hear her.

My time with Gaddy during my LVDHI retreat truly shifted my perspective and further opened my heart. She was so thoughtful and perceptive of the energy in the space and needs of the group. It was apparent that the words she spoke were only spoken because she believed there was a necessity for them and that someone listening needed to hear them. She would consistently use the phrase, “Word is Bond”, which felt so fitting for the impeccable communicator she was/is. Gaddy truly brought light and positivity to the spaces she was present in. She brought a wealth of knowledge, not only because of her souls ancient wisdom, but because she was super receptive to other perspectives and had an energy that wanted to continuously learn. Her passion, thoughtfulness, and ever-increasing connection to herself and the Creator really left a mark on me and unexpectedly brought me closer to God. She allowed me to witness the power of prayer. I am so grateful for my time with Gaddy and the LVDHI as it has changed my life immensely. I could not have asked for a better host.

Translated by Jhoselyn Gaddy Hola! My name is Jaime Zambrano. I am Ecuadorian and I am 29 years old. I had a difficult childhood and due to not growing up with a family I was unable to go to school, I had to concentrate on providing for me and my siblings. I have had the blessing of working with Gaddy and that has helped me sustain my family and really allow me to fulfil my passion (soccer) I am now captain of a team where they nicknamed me “profe” which means teacher. Who would’ve thought that would become the nickname of someone who didn’t finish school it is funny to me. I look forward to growing in my future working with Gaddy. She is providing an opportunity for me to learn how to read and even create my own contracting proposals. Her heart is always looking to give to others and for that I’m blessed

Translated by Jhoselyn Gaddy Hello my name is Elizabeth Sandu. I am Ecuadorian 🇪🇨. Here life can be quite difficult, work and opportunities are at times hard to come by. I have had a blessing and opportunity thankful to God. I got to meet a beautiful person who is now part of my family. Gaddy has changed my life since her arrival to Ecuador. The opportunity to work with her has not only provided a space for my children to have their needs met. Gaddy has made space and opportunity to help the local Foundation where my kids go to after school care. She also has created opportunities for me to learn new skills in my passion; the kitchen. I shared my dream to one day own a restaurant. Gaddy is making an opportunity for me to learn how to cook with professional chefs. This has made me so happy. Never in my life I could’ve imagined Meeting such a giving beautiful person.
